Customer Service Position
CB Distributors is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
The qualifications of the ideal candidate would include:
- Proficient working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have good phone skills and enjoy talking with customers
- Assist customers before, during, and after purchases via phone
- Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task
- Data Entry into a database or computer software
- Sufficient with online/website usage
Job duties would include (but not limited to):
- Taking customer orders over the phone
- Able to make cold calls
- Entering orders into our system
- Data Entry
- Need to become knowledgeable about our product and business
Hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday with ½ hour lunch.
