We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Operations Specialist to join our team at CB&I Careers. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for supporting all shop project needs, interacting with PM and fabrication shop supervision on a daily basis.
About the Role:
This is an experienced Fabrication Specialist role reporting to Project Manager or Director of Fabrication Operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex energy infrastructure projects and contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all fabrication activities within the shop/yard.
- Collaborate with the project management team to plan and schedule fabrication tasks.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Participate in inspections and audits to identify and rectify potential quality issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with CB&I Thailand safety guidelines.
- Attend safety training and promote a safety-first culture among the fabrication team.
- Monitor project expenses and analyze budget reports to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and efficiency in the fabrication processes.
