Summary
The Solutioning Development Coordinator is responsible for administering the ticket queue of requests from the Sales team for proposals. They collaborate with the team to turn proposals around to meet operational-level agreement targets, drive requests through the queue, and ensure quality and accuracy. The Solutioning Development Coordinator will also be responsible for the coordination of complex responses, including RFPs. They also participate in requirements gathering with customers and research with vendors, as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the ticket queue of requests from the sales team for proposals, ensuring timely and efficient response and fulfillment.
• Meeting and exceeding agreed upon solutioning KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Solutions and the technical team (solutions engineers) to develop and deliver high-quality proposals that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Participate in requirements gathering with customers, as needed, to understand their pain points, goals, and desired outcomes.
• Research and evaluate vendors, products, and solutions, as needed, to provide the best fit for customer requirements and budget.
• Provideexpertise and guidance to the sales team and customers, as needed, to explain and demonstrate the proposed solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as industry best practices and regulations.
• Working with the technical team; develop proposal documents including Executive Summaries, Scopes of Work, Deliverables, Assumptions, Customer Requirements, and Exclusions.
• Develop pricing strategies for service proposals in conjunction with the Manager of Solutions Development.
• Responsible for owning and driving RFP response processes, including but not limited to managing all deliverables, calendar of events, driving the collective response team, preparing the final proposal document and deliverables.
• Maintain consistency in deliverables across the organization and to cb20 existing and future customers.
• Strive to understand the technical aspects of cb20’s Service Catalog to improve skills and knowledge in the IT field.

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
