Minimum Qualifications
1. High School Diploma/GED.
2. One (1) year job-related work experience
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Good organization skills – prioritize work assignments and manage work time.
5. Intermediate-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
6. Must have knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Two (2) years’ work experience in a customer service position.
2. Vocational diploma in customer service or job-related internship/externship.
Responsibilities
1. Confer with customers by telephone or email in order to enter orders, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
2. Set up all new customer items for inventory in the WMS system
3. Provide reports for management review and consideration.
4. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated manager for further investigation.
5. Enter billing into Company's system.
6. Manage and report customer inventories including working with warehouse to resolve discrepancies
7. Prepare daily overtime reports for warehouse, maintenance and transportation departments
8. Perform administrative tasks to support operations team members, including mailing, faxing, scanning, entering data into computer software program(s), generating correspondence, and securing company documentation.
9. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
10. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
11. Train new office employees
12. Act as backup for other office positions
13. Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and essential function for this position.
14. Other duties as assigned.
