Job Summary: As a Corporate Retail Store Manager at CBD American Shaman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's image, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets.
Store Operations Management:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and product merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work with Regional Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Set store schedules, review employee time cards, and communicate with Human Resources.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail employees.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and motivation.
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product education, sampling standards and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and build customer loyalty.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Set sales and average ticket targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
