Job Description:
As a Cannabis Retail Store Manager at CBD Plus USA, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing store finances, including counting deposits and overseeing cash handling procedures.
- Placing product orders to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability.
- Coordinating the store schedule to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained store environment.
- Providing coverage and support when no other staff members are available.
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer service.
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
- Any staffing needs such as interviewing and hiring.
Qualifications:
