We are recruiting a progressive, highly organized, and experienced manager in the Nashville, TN area to run our cannabis store; selling CBD, THCa, e-cigarettes, and more! The ideal candidate will be very personable and outgoing, have strong knowledge about cannabis, and has experience in the food truck world. Must be 21 years of age. If you’re interested in exciting work in a growing industry while earning tips and a 1% commission on total net sales, we’d love to speak with you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the food truck; including but not limited to determining truck location schedule, organizing movement of the truck, and creating staff schedule
- Efficiently manage inventory, ensuring a sufficient amount of products are available
- Ensure product is organized within the truck
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to a high level of customer satisfaction and service
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and suggest tailored products to improve customer experience
- Conduct brand/product promotion while providing top-level service
Requirements:
- Experience in food truck management is preferred
- 1 years of management experience is preferred
- Cannabis knowledge required
- Cannabis enjoyment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
