Job Title: Full-Time Floating Store Associate

All Floating Locations: Knoxville (3), Maryville, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, Jacksboro, Sevierville. These are all of the locations our floating associates can be scheduled at.

Salary: $13.75 Tips Goal Based Commission

CBD Plus USA & Anchored Cannabis Co is a leading retail company specializing in CBD and cannabis products. With over 150 locations nationwide, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

We are currently seeking a couple floating full-time store associate for our Knox Region! Our floating associates are scheduled based on where they reside, but support all of our region in the event coverage is needed elsewhere.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting and educating customers about CBD and cannabis products, their benefits, and usage.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, including CBD oils, topicals, edibles, and more, in order to effectively answer customer inquiries and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences, offer personalized recommendations, and upsell products when appropriate.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise, as well as monitoring product expiration dates and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and issue receipts to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays, shelves, and sales floor areas.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and legal regulations surrounding CBD and cannabis to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
• Floats when needed to neighboring store locations.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience.
• A deep interest and understanding of CBD and cannabis products, including their benefits, usage, and the latest industry trends.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage and educate customers.
• Previous sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a retail setting and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be available for evening shifts and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to float to neighboring store locations during their scheduled shift time.
