cBEYONData is seeking an IT Support Analyst to help our federal client to align their business processes with system requirements and help users process documents in the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with a highly visible client to resolve DAI system issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate within a small, team responsible for DAI support and customer service
- Support DoD/Federal Financial Management operational activities
- Prepare for, participate in, and provide Federal, DAI, and Oracle Financials and Supply Chain functional and technical expertise in customer meetings, document and recommend improvements to entire end-to-end business processes
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements across the enterprise
- Draft change requests to tailor the DAI implementation of Oracle Federal Financials Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) to meet client’s unique business processes
- Discover, develop, and document user requirements to ensure maximum usability
- Write test scripts, conduct testing, and document testing results to ensure the integrity of the created solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams through the SDLC, ranging from requirements gathering to deployment, to deliver systematic changes to the DAI system
- Understand complex client environment and their unique business problems
- Identify and recommend new ways to save time and money by streamlining business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve FM operational, system and/or interface partner issues with regard to tracking of financials transactions that include, bi-weekly payroll, global obligations, invoices on-hold, payment issues, ULOs, NULOs, unmatched disbursement, payments, GTAS reporting, and FBWT
- Record and track incidents to closure in Jira, and/or Serena Business Manager
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure that project needs are met and to create timelines to execute a smooth deployment
- Explore and developing solutions utilizing appropriate business intelligence tools to maximize the value of client data to improve business operations, customer services and engagement
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing analysis and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting, business administration, systems, engineering, or related field
- At least 10 years related and relevant experience
- Strong customer service orientation with strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with shareholders, updates with customers, and document requirements, design, testing scenarios and scripts, and ticket resolution comments
- Able to discern stakeholder needs, effectively communicate development plans, and track progress milestones
- Demonstrated configuration experience with Oracle Federal Financials
- Experience with DoD/Federal Financial Management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Hands On Experience with Federal/DoD FM business process areas (A2R, B2R, CA, O2C, P2P, OTL, OBIEE/OAS) with a specialty in one or more process area
- Experience improving business functions through understanding the interdependent processes and structures required to process complex financial procedures
- Experience with Oracle Federal Financials R12
- Experience with DAI, DEAMS or another OFF R12 FM shared service or independent system solution
- Active DoD Secret clearance
