What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Program Coordinator position at CBH Care?
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and functionality of residences.
- Ensures safe and adequate living arrangements for consumers.
- Reviews and approves weekly staff timesheets, prepare summary sheets and send to payroll.
- Responsible for completion of all BA level staff evaluations.
- Establishes, maintains and approves all changes in direct care staff schedules.
- Utilizes supervision.
- Identifies and provides for the training needs of staff
- Ensures accuracy and consistency with the Agency’s fiscal and billing procedures, e.g. rents.
- Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as needed.
Qualifications:
- MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field
- Mental health/human services experience
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license
