Key Responsibilities:
Serve the CBH sales team to help make the sales pie bigger. Handle all CBH teammates, buyers, homeowners, trades and vendors with love. Networking, prospecting and outreach - consistent and targeted brokerage office visits, plus industry and community events. Be the liaison and help implement marketing initiatives with the sales team. Serve as the tech team liaison. Regular reporting and updates for sales leaders. Prep and implement new hire training logistics. Help advance CBH initiatives for the community in addition to other assigned duties.
