Job Type: Full-time
Hours: M-F 7am-5pm (varies)
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Electric Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Journeyman Card
What we expect:
- Complete warranty and service calls efficiently and effectively while adhering to company standards
- Complete add-on electrical services for CBH Homeowners
- Technical knowledge of residential electrical systems including troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
- Basic electrical troubleshooting on multi-family properties
- Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Collaborate with other co-workers to optimize scheduling, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of service calls
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring you are prepared with necessary tools, parts, and equipment to perform service calls efficiently
