CBH Homes is looking for a New Home Advisor-Online Lead Specialist!

At CBH Homes, we’re seeking someone who’s not just a lead responder but a trusted partner to our sales team. You’ll engage with inbound leads, truly listen to their needs, and quickly connect them with one of our Sales Specialists. Your goal is to build a quick rapport, nurture those relationships, and set them up for success when it’s time to talk to the sales team.
In this role, you’ll:
- Act as the first point of contact, responding fast and with care to incoming leads
- Build relationships quickly by understanding each person’s unique needs and guiding them toward the right CBH sales specialist.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of ready, engaged leads
- Use calls, emails, and video messages to keep the conversation moving and show just how much we care about finding the right home for them
- Stay agile, work hard, and keep up with the fast pace — it’s a lot of fun when you’re moving quickly to make a difference!
