What You Will Do
- Help design, create and launch digital advertisements
- Assist with developing, writing and maintaining social media content.
- Assist with writing press releases and event coordination.
- Assist with website updates
- Engage with different segments of the bank for increased exposure and networking. These areas include Commercial Banking, Internal Audit, Investments, Mortgage, Branch Banking, HR, Finance and Accounting, etc.
- Participate in educational sessions and trainings to develop and enhance core skills and industry knowledge.
- Attend networking sessions with other interns from CBI, and other banks, to learn from banking professionals and engage in teamwork sessions.
- Present your experiences and projects and the end of the summer.
What You Have:
- Candidates should be working towards a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a major in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business Administration. Junior-level coursework is preferred.
- A minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher. Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience, internships, or involvement in related activities such as tutoring or business fraternities.
- Possesses strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) Adobe Creative applications (inDesign, Photoshop, Canva)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective collaborator with team members
- Proactive and driven, exhibiting a strong sense of initiative. A leader among peers.
