First, the pay :
CBI has been leading the way in increasing wages for Security Officers in Idaho. Since 2022, we have negotiated pay raises for 87% of our contracts and are working weekly to improve our officers' standard of living.
As of this posting, we have a position available that is Part Time, Thursday-Friday that pays $16 / hour . CBI highly prefers to promote from within our ranks , and we have supervisor and other opportunities to work that will be very surprising.

What will you do (responsibilities)?
Our sites have a LARGE range of various responsibilities. However, in general you will be responsible for :
- Observing and reporting any issues arising to authorities
- Responding appropriately and calmly to diverse situations
- Controlling the entries and exits of secured locations, ensuring only authorized employees and approved visitors are admitted.
- Writing and reading day-to-day accounts of activities on site
- Carefully patrolling an area by vehicle or foot as assigned
- Diligently observing computer systems to monitor camera and badge apps
- Expertly and professionally applying client's policies, procedures and standards in each interaction with public or employees.
