Position Overview:

We have an opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Intern that will work directly under the supervision of a member of the Technology team and will provide outstanding service to internal clients by analyzing, documenting, diagnosing, and resolving a wide range of technical related issues. 

Essential Functions:

• Work may include, but is not limited to supporting the Help Desk, rollout of version updates, on/off-boarding of employees, computer imaging/configuration/deployments, and coordinating projects with other IT departments within the firm.
• Possess and apply a solid understanding of the work environment; be punctual, present, and professional in appearance and manner.
• Possess a general understanding while able to articulate various services provided to clients.
• Provide technical support and problem solving abilities on a variety of technical and non-technical issues.
• Strive to attain goals established by direct supervisors while meeting deadlines.
• Positive attitude toward self, other professionals, clients, and Myers and Stauffer.

Requirements:

• Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently on projects and within a remote team environment.
• Ability to execute assigned projects within established deadlines.
• Proficient use of applicable software programs, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-motivated and eager to contribute.

The Team: 
Myers and Stauffer takes pride in the welcoming and collaborative culture we have throughout our offices. For this position, the intern will report to one of our Managers or Senior Managers and will be assigned a team member as a Peer Contact. 

Work Style:
