IT Data Interchange Specialist
Works within the Data Interchange Team in IT. Other IT teams are Development, Infrastructure, and Product Solutions.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and develop existing data interchange processes related to Human Capital Management platforms.
- Maintain and develop carrier EDI processes with the Boomi product to better serve Human Capital Management platforms.
- Maintain and develop new and existing data interchange related to Human Capital Management platforms, specifically carrier EDI files.
- Maintain and develop the IT portion of all client and data interchange related to the Core products.
- Serve as a consultative arm for Sales, to discuss capabilities and projects related to data interchange with prospective clients.
- Provide expert knowledge to Human Capital Management platforms with regard to EDI formats, development, and implementation.
- Act as day-to-day point person on all IT Data Interchange work requests (handling issues, reassigning and reply, and transferring as needed).
- Above responsibilities are performed under general guidance, with direct guidance needed for complex or unfamiliar assignments and situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Boomi integration platform experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Up to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Acute detail and accuracy skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
