Our team of HR professionals at The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Data & Records Coordinator who will process and maintain HRIS and other data changes, maintain personnel files, and create analytical and statistical reports using the HRIS system and reporting tools. Will provide general support to the HR division as needed.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Human Resource experience providing HRIS data records and reporting support
- Strong working knowledge of human resource practices and records protocols
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, HRIS database software with ability to learn new technology
- Critical thinker with ability to analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and seek sound solutions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow-through
- Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail; consistently proofing work for accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a small team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public
- Discreet with ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Flexible with ability to work well under pressure, frequent change, and consistently meet deadlines
