We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise Construction Projects in the Upper Florida Keys. This prospective person is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of custom homes projects to meet time and cost objectives concerning contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions—great opportunity for advancement with a dynamic and growing company. Qualifications:
Degrees: Bachelor's degree preferred.
A driver's License is mandatory.
Additional Qualifications:
Preferred 4-year degree in a construction-related curriculum or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree.
Three years of experience as an assistant project manager or at least six years of construction-related experience.
Demonstrated competency in estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, end-user relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, and the ability to communicate, both written and oral.
Generally understand a Project manager's essential job functions, duties, and responsibilities.
Experience in the inspection process of projects.
Competence with PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications preferred. These include Buildertrend, Google Suite, Excel, and Word.
