We are a growing and reputable construction company seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of exciting commercial construction projects. This is an opportunity to manage complex projects , coordinate resources and vendors, and work closely with clients to ensure top-tier results.

What You’ll Do :
Buyout and planning of projects, ensuring all resources, materials, and logistics are in place
Develop and enforce project schedules , keeping timelines on track and managing deadlines efficiently
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects smoothly and on time
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget , maintaining high quality
Assist in defining project scope and objectives , involving all relevant stakeholders and considering technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation , optimizing team and material usage
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress and ensure timely adjustments as needed
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs , keeping all stakeholders informed
Measure project performance , adjusting processes for continual improvement
Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships , ensuring clear communication and expectations
Identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects running smoothly
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation , ensuring all aspects of the project are tracked and well-documented
Create and manage project budgets , overseeing expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
Coordinate and oversee procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of materials and equipment, all while maintaining high-quality standards
Maintain regular communication with the project team, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project objectives

What We’re Looking For :
3 years of experience in commercial general contracting project management
Proven track record in buyout and planning, project scheduling, and budget management
Strong ability to coordinate internal teams and manage third-party vendors effectively
Skilled in defining project scope, objectives, and ensuring technical feasibility
Experience managing project scope, schedule, and cost changes
Excellent at measuring project performance, keeping projects on track
Strong ability to manage client and vendor relationships
Demonstrated experience in risk management and problem-solving
Proficient in project documentation and using project management tools
Solid understanding of procurement processes and ensuring timely, high-quality material acquisition
Preferred Skills :
- Bachelors in construction management or another related field
- PMP / Prince Certification
