🚀 We’re Hiring: Career Placement Specialist at CBT Technology Institute!
Are you passionate about guiding students toward career success? CBT Technology Institute is seeking a Career Placement Specialist to develop employment opportunities, support students in their job search, and strengthen employer relationships.
🔹 Schedule:
📅 Monday – Thursday: Two days (10 AM – 7 PM) & two days (11 AM – 8 PM)
📅 Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
What You’ll Do:
✅ Establish strong relationships with students from orientation to graduation
✅ Assist students with resume building, interview skills, and job placement
✅ Develop and maintain employer partnerships for hiring opportunities
✅ Organize career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities
✅ Track and report employment outcomes for accreditation compliance
✅ Collaborate with faculty to align curriculum with industry needs
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2 years of experience in career counseling, recruitment, or a related field
✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – verbal and written proficiency required
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with employer engagement and job placement strategies
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
