What are the responsibilities and job description for the IVR Test Lead position at CBTS?
CBTS is currently seeking an IVR Test Lead for a position located in Columbus, OH
This position will be working on an IVR project and will be located onsite in the Columbus office 50% of the time.
Experience:
- 7 – 10 years testing experience with 3 – 5 years’ experience leading a team of testers
- Nuance, and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.
- Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role
- Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest
- Experience with other testing tools (test automation and performance testing) – nice to have
- Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills
- Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks
