Technical Product Analyst (TPA)
Are you a passionate problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment? We're looking for a Technical Product Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, converting product and business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Author PBI's (user stories), features, and backlog items; provide feedback to others.
- Act as a Product Analyst/Owner, gathering, analyzing, and developing user stories.
- Research and document business needs and technical solutions.
- Have experience working with Gherkin to develop acceptance criteria
- Facilitate requirement refinement sessions with stakeholders.
- Apply Agile principles for continuous improvement.
- Capture current and future state process flows with product managers and business users.
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable.
- Solve business problems by defining systems solutions.
- Proactively identify and address risks or issues.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate business needs into executable requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience creating PBI's and working with Gherkin formats
- Ability to understand functional business requirements and convert them into non-functional technical requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Proficient in Azure DevOps/ADO, Blend, and or Empower would be a plus
