What We Offer :
- Base Salary Commission
- Earning potential of $60K to 95K
- Full Time : 40 hrs. / 5-day work week (Monday-Friday : 8 am to 5 pm)

Responsibilities :
Follow up on leads & prospect for new commercial businessResearch for residential home builders to gain new accountsProvide outstanding customer service to determine overall flooring & design needsBuild strong client relationships & ensure follow up is completed with new / existing clientsSchedule appointments for client consultationsKeep up to date on the wide selection of products & services availableRecord / track sales, meetings & other data using RFMS softwareCreate & present project proposals for client’s approvalGather space / area measurements, provide flooring sample suggestions, calculate materials needed for active projects, ensure quality control throughout projectCommunicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability & delivery datesStay on top of local commercial business & marketing trends to identify new opportunities for sales within areaDesired Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Flooring Sales, Outside Sales, Construction Management, Business Development Specialist, or similar roleValid drivers license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM programsA positive attitude & desire to exceed expectationsProper phone etiquetteAbility to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with clientsConfidence to upsell customers & clientsExceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilityAbility to achieve sales goals effectivelyKnowledgeable in reading floorplans / blueprintsStrong personal & professional judgmentAdapt & respond quickly to customers’ needs & wantsOrganizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priorityStrong verbal & written communication skillsKnowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)How to Apply :
