What We Offer :
- Base Salary : $800 / weekly Commission
First year earnings of $70,000 guaranteed!

Provide outstanding service & build strong client relationshipsProspect for new business when necessarySchedule appointments for in-home or showroom customer consultationsKeep up to date with current products & services providedCreate detailed drawings using 20 / 20 softwareDevelop design ideas, compute budget ranges & select various finishesGather space / area measurements or schedule estimator to complete measurementsAccurately translate measurements into working designsMeet multiple project deadlines in a timely mannerOrder materials for active projects & ensure quality control for active projectsCollaborate with in house team of professional tradesmen & project managersCreate & present project proposals for client approvalCommunicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availabilityMaintain showroom by keeping samples, displays, common areas neat, current & cleanDesired Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Kitchen & Bath Design, Showroom Sales, or similar role (REQUIRED)Strong working knowledge of 20 / 20 design software (REQUIRED)Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates (REQUIRED)Valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)Able to pass a background check (REQUIRED)Basic math, computer & social media skillsProper phone etiquetteAbility to achieve sales goals effectivelyA positive attitude & desire to exceed expectationsExcellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skillsAbility to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clientsExceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilityStrong personal & professional judgmentAbility to adapt & respond quickly to customers’ needs and wantsStrong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priorityAdvanced time management skills & detailed orientedKnowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)How to Apply :
