What We Offer :

  • Base Salary : $45,000 to $55,000 (based on experience)
  • Full Time : 40 hrs. / 5-day work week (Monday – Saturday : must be able to work retail hours)

Responsibilities :

  • Great customers, answer phone lines, schedule appointments & manage correspondence
  • Ensure strong client relationships are being built
  • Assist customers with general project design & provide expert advice
  • Document customer profiles within RFMS
  • Handle customer inquiries & complaints professionally
  • Schedule project measurements with customers for sales professionals
  • Take customer payments, maintain accurate records & databases
  • Consistently communicate with sales staff, subcontractors, & customers throughout projects
  • Collaborate with sales team & subcontractor to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Attend monthly sales trainings & weekly staff meetings
  • Expected to complete aspects of sales role :
  • keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services

  • provide sample & design suggestions
  • calculate number of materials needed for projects
  • create project estimate / proposal for client review
  • ensure quality control throughout project
  • communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
  • Desired Skills & Qualifications :

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
  • Will need to pass a drug test (REQUIRED)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Advanced time management & interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt & respond quickly to customer’s & sales team’s needs
  • Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
  • Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus  (Willing to train)
  • Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
