Studio 4 Showroom is seeking a Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Administrator to join our team. We offer fine building products in a retail installation and trade sales business model. Our products include fine windows, doors, wall coverings, cabinetry, surfaces, hardware, window treatments, and more. Our sister company, Connor Design-Build, with whom we work in tandem, is a full service design-build construction firm providing residential and light commercial construction and remodeling services. Our projects range from small through large scale and include window and door installations and retrofits, kitchens, bathrooms, interior renovations, and custom projects. This is a showroom based position which will require occasional scheduled in-home consultations with clients. The team position will include:
Sales and Project Coordination:
- Initial and continued consultations with clients on projects including client product education
- In-showroom, some in client home
- Materials and finish selections
- Contract presentations to clients
- Participation in team coordinated design of projects
- Client project communication
- Material quoting and orders
- Coordination of trades and delivery schedules
- Coordination with production team throughout project
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Marketing, Business Development, and Process Administration:
- Trade and retail business development
- Client information management development
- Collaborative sales and marketing plan development and execution
- Collaborative business process development and execution
- Administrative support (contracts, communications and correspondence, file management, etc.)
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Our ideal candidate will bring a positive personality, be self-motivated for growth, have the ability to think critically, problem solve, an eye for detail, a desire for continuing education/training, the ability to manage a project, and ability to work independently. Experience with fine building materials and best construction practices a plus. Social media and technology confidence required. Bachelor's in Business (related focus) and a minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, and development is required.
We provide a no-pressure, no sales gimmick, consultative purchasing experience for our discerning clients.
Salary is dependent upon experience and level of independent work able to be completed with starting range at $65-85K. Work schedule normally falls Monday through Friday between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and may include scheduled very early evening appointments and Saturday hours ( very rare). Employment package includes paid time off (flex) plus 10 holidays, 401(k) with employer match (after 1 year), and continuing education support.
Growth Plan/Trajectory: This position has a 9-12 month plan to transition into Business and Marketing Manager position.
