Job Description
The NAE Gospel Beauty & Breadth Creative Director is an exempt professional full-time position. The Creative Director works collaboratively with all NAE staff to help evangelicals foster thriving communities and navigate complexity with biblical clarity.
The Creative Director will oversee creative projects of the NAE’s newly established Gospel Beauty & Breadth Project, a multifaceted endeavor to draw women and men into transformational encounters with God and evangelical Christian faith through stories of hope, hospitality and healing.
Qualifications and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
Qualifications
- Personal and mature evangelical faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
- Agreement to and affirmation of the NAE Statement of Faith and the NAE’s public policy document, “ For the Health of the Nation : An Evangelical Call to Civic Responsibility
- Regular attendance at an evangelical church
- Familiarity with and relationships in the evangelical community
- Minimum of four years of professional experience (ministry or otherwise)
- Baccalaureate degree required, master’s degree preferred
- Experience with storytelling design, video and podcast production and editing
- Ability to collaborate with others to achieve project goals
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills
- Careful attention to detail
- Willingness to work as part of a team and flexibility to adjust to needs of a growing organization
- Capability and experience to fulfill responsibilities listed below
