Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Client Services / Hospitality Representative.
Job responsibilities include :
- Reception front desk, answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors, reserving conference rooms, conference room set ups, maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings.
- Copy / mail room services, large print jobs, assisting attorney with trial binder prep, receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail / packages USPS / FEDEX, arrange messenger services.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, submit building maintenance requests. Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects.

Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm.
