Job Description
We are offering a $4K sign-on bonus for all new hires
The Maintenance Generalist is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures
Must be able to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
Must be able to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
Must be able to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals. Must be able to standing, walking, bending, stretching, climb up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lift/push/ pull up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to work in temperatures that range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees.
Qualifications
Being able to understand technical and training manuals is required.
Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.
Having a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in Industrial maintenance with a single employer or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years is required.
Past experience, special training, and formal education is preferred but not required for this outlined position.
Additional Information
Salary: $23.95 to $30.80 per hour
