CCG is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented bi-lingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator to join our team! The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the People Operations department in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide support to employees and managers.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Support People Operations projects, events, nd initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a coordinator or administrative capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent BI-LINGUAL (English & Spanish) communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, ADP a plus!
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
