Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Wayne, NJ (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (Up to 6 Months, with Potential for Permanent Placement)
Salary: Up to $55,000/year or approximately $25/hour (depending on experience)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join their team in Wayne, NJ. This is a fully onsite position. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with interview scheduling, resume screening, job postings, and other administrative tasks. This is a contract position lasting up to 6 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews for the HR team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Screen and filter incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Post job openings on internal job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring processes.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth scheduling and follow-up.
Support the HR team with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or a related administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus not a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
