Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality Assurance inspection and test of final and in-process components, subassemblies, and assemblies
- Inspect and measure components using micrometers, calipers, part specific gages, pin gages, height gauges, optical comparator, surface finish standards and other standard measuring equipment (Mechanical QA)
- Will conduct daily energetics performance / acceptance testing to include use of: digital multi-meters (DMM), helium leak testers, and other specialized test equipment (Energetics QA)
- Accurately record inspection and test results in accordance with Good Documentation Practices
- Suggest refinements to inspection and test procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency of: GD&T including true position, certification / practical experience in any NDT discipline, and/or basic knowledge of electronic test methods / equipment
- Use SharePoint and GP to maintain a structured documentation/records system
- Communicate clearly and effectively in a cross-functional team setting
- Conduct quality compliance testing daily to minimize nonconforming parts
- Support Lean 5S initiatives to achieve a workplace that is clean, uncluttered, safe, and well organized to help reduce waste and optimize productivity
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder
- Must pass initial and subsequent background checks
- Must pass pre-employment and subsequent drug screenings
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
- Advanced use of math skills (addition, subtraction, fraction, decimals, multiplication and division)
- Must be 18 years of age
- Individually maintain Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives “Employee Possessor” eligibility
- Prior technical training or one year of related work experience
- Must be able to work in an environment containing devices that may interfere with the operation of a pacemaker
Physical Requirements

- CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): speaking clearly, seeing distant, seeing, hearing-speech-range, depth-perception.
Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
This position will remain open until 4 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
