Key Responsibilities:

• Directs and coordinates activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors: Responsible for all activities and equipment as assigned. Responsible for HSE performance, service quality and client satisfaction. Assures industry, client, DOT, company policies and procedures are adhered too.
• Holds personnel accountable through clear transparent communication and possess the ability to multi-task and meet internal and external deliverables in a timely manner. Assures coordination of all activities between client and superintendent.
• Maintains schedules and activities for equipment and workforce. Communicates daily with superintendent discussing all activities and concerns. Responsible for timely execution of T&M and lump sum projects.
• Responsible for HSE, service quality, client satisfaction, activity schedule, cost control and profitability. Responsible for timesheets (names, classifications, hours worked, cost codes), daily equipment timesheets and daily reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (BA or BS), and/or four years related experience of which two (2) must be in a supervisory capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and abilities to successfully complete the duties of the position.
• A valid drivers license is required.
