About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates activities by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
- Responsible for all activities and equipment as assigned.
- Holds personnel accountable through clear transparent communication and possesses the ability to multi-task and meet internal and external deliverables in a timely manner.
- Assures coordination of all activities between client and superintendent.
- Maintains schedules and activities for equipment and workforce.
- Communicates daily with superintendent discussing all activities and concerns.
- Responsible for timely execution of T&M and lump sum projects.
- Responsible for HSE, service quality, client satisfaction, activity schedule, cost control, and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (BA or BS), and/or four years related experience of which two (2) must be in a supervisory capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and abilities to successfully complete the duties of the position.
- A valid driver's license is required.
