General Description:
The Document Controller is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties in support of the field projects. They report to multiple Project managers and will be in control of maintaining project execution documents along with project turnover documents.

- Ensure a safe and clean work
- General areas of responsibility include understanding and establishing controls to ensure all contract requirements are met and delivered, compiling and organizing project documentation as needed by project manager, supporting estimators with all RFP's, putting together bid binders and establishing bid deliverable check lists, all reporting related to the functions of personnel time keeping, Material Requests and tracking of received material, and equipment rental activities, as well as general office duties as
- Data entry of Project related labor, material and equipment. Tracking project updates and scheduling.
- Weekly entry of materials information related to contract billable
- Generate and track equipment rental information and other 3rd party rental equipment related contract billable information for client.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
- Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Excel, word, projects, Power Point and Visio
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is
- Five years related
- A valid driver's license is
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) from two-year College or university is
