About the Role - The Senior Payroll Analyst manages and processes full-cycle payroll operations for domestic and international employees. Working within a team of 4, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while collaborating with HR and finance teams to optimize payroll systems.
Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll, including special pay scenarios
- Maintain payroll records, reconcile labor costs, and oversee 401(k) administration
- Ensure tax compliance, track FMLA, and manage timekeeping discrepancies
- Support HR system improvements and assist with audits
- Create and execute employee engagement programs
Qualifications:
- 3 years of payroll experience
- Proficiency in ADP, UKG or other payroll systems
- Payroll system implementation/involvement experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with tax withholdings, payroll compliance, and benefits administration
Pay range and compensation package - Based on experience, mid to high 80's benefits
