CCL Label is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of assigned machinery, maintaining high productivity levels, and adhering to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate converting equipment including slitter machines, laminating machines, rotary die cutters, flatbed die cutters, and rewind tables.
- Inspect labels for defects and perform quality checks.
- Packaging labels for shipment and completing required paperwork.
- Utilize QAD to issue/receive product to work orders and print core/box labels.
Requirements
- Prior production/manufacturing experience.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to process product within quality and productivity standards.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and lift 50 lbs.
