Position offered:
We are seeking an IT Support Technician (Level 1 and 2) to join our team. The technical support you will provide includes, but is not limited to, addressing technology support tickets both in the field and remotely, end user device support, network cabling, and network/device installation. Transportation to School Districts is provided.
What we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of the following is required: Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra/Azure (Intune, Office 365, Defender)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Comfortable with hands-on work, including installations, working from ladders, and using basic tools
Must be able to obtain state and federal clearances to work in School Districts.
CCL Technologies (CCLT), servicing the K-12 Education market exclusively, is a local technology company specializing in complete networking and hardware solutions for Pennsylvania School Districts as well as offering education service contracts ranging from as-needed support to complete management of all technology services. CCLT is an employee-owned company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
