Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator at CCM California Construction Management based in Oceanside, CA. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and competitive bids.
Qualifications
- Strong background in construction estimating and project management
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator) are a plus
- DSA experience a must
