POSITION: OB/Maternity Manager
DEPARTMENT: Hospital Nursing Administration
HOURS: 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)/EXEMPT
WAGE RANGE: $53.80 - $69.18
General Responsibilities
The OB/Maternity Manager oversees direct and indirect nursing care in perinatal services, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff development. Serves as a patient advocate and leader, supervising care delivery, staff performance, and competency validation. Develops and implements educational programs and participates in strategic planning to align department goals with CCM Health’s mission and vision.
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Specialty certification in OB specific area preferred
Skill(s)
Experience
Four or more years of experience in area of expertise. Minimum of four years nursing leadership experience.

Experience
