Our Front Desk Coordinator is the glue that holds it all together! They will be onsite and serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMC’s core values.
What you’ll accomplish :
- Managing the reception desk and greeting residents and guests
- Answering a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Providing general information
- Managing lost & found
- Operating and maintaining communal office equipment
- Scheduling reservations of any clubhouse facilities
- Maintaining office supply inventory and assisting with supply orders
- Preparing all outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Processing Payments
