Job Summary:
The Corporate Client Service Unit Representative plays a key role in supporting CCMSI’s clients by managing and maintaining essential account information. This includes:
- Setting up and updating client profiles, access permissions, and service agreements.
- Ensuring accurate coding for client data, claims, and reports.
- Providing assistance through our support desk for client and user inquiries.
- Managing access for all types of users, including employees, contractors, and external partners.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and accurate data for all CCMSI clients.
Responsibilities
- Process and resolve requests related to client accounts, user access, and support inquiries. This could include but not limited to Coding, Service Agreement, Client Profile, Client Access, and Policy/Coverage.
- Provide support to internal and external users on CCMSI system (iCE) and portals, ensuring issues are resolved accurately.
- Maintain detailed records to meet company and audit standards.
- Communicate with team members to gather information and complete tasks.
- Use company systems to research data, run reports, and update records.
- Participate in training and stay updated on company procedures.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and professionalism in all work.
This role requires strong attention to detail and a focus on compliance.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of office experience or data entry.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with research and data entry processes.
- Experience in providing technical support or help desk assistance.
Performance Measurement:
- Training Success: Ability to master required skills during the initial training period.
- Task Completion: Accurate and timely execution of requests and assignments.
- Adherence to Standards: Compliance with audit guidelines and internal policies.
