CDPAP Coordinator Supervisor

Job Summary:

The CDPAP Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for supervising CDPAP Coordinators within designated region. This position will assist Consumers in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program at CCOR.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the CDPAP Coordination team within the designated region.
• Train and provide ongoing support to Consumers on the operations of the CDPAP program.
• Educate Consumers on compliance and Medicaid fraud prevention.
• Process Personal Attendants’ time records while following Electronic Visit Verification standards.
• Facilitate routine meetings and phone check-ins with Consumers.
• Maintain paperwork required by the Department of Health, including but not limited to, time records, authorizations, and Medicaid eligibility.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures related to CDPAP.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible To:

Director of CDPAP

Pay: $22 to $25 per hour

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• 2 year’s experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and to report to work in the office, in a hybrid capacity.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Appearance is professional and complies with agency dress code.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, pull, climb, reach, and perform repetitive movements of the upper extremities.
• Pass a physical examination and immunization requirements after being offered employment and complete a health assessment annually, thereafter.
• Possess a current, valid New York State driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Completion of CCOR's orientation program.

Salary : $22 - $25
