Job Summary:
The CDPAP Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for supervising CDPAP Coordinators within designated region. This position will assist Consumers in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program at CCOR.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise the CDPAP Coordination team within the designated region.
- Train and provide ongoing support to Consumers on the operations of the CDPAP program.
- Educate Consumers on compliance and Medicaid fraud prevention.
- Process Personal Attendants time records while following Electronic Visit Verification standards.
- Facilitate routine meetings and phone check-ins with Consumers.
- Maintain paperwork required by the Department of Health, including but not limited to, time records, authorizations, and Medicaid eligibility.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures related to CDPAP.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Director of CDPAP
Pay: $22 to $25 per hour
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma required.
- Associates Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- 2 years experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and to report to work in the office, in a hybrid capacity.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Appearance is professional and complies with agency dress code.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, pull, climb, reach, and perform repetitive movements of the upper extremities.
- Pass a physical examination and immunization requirements after being offered employment and complete a health assessment annually, thereafter.
- Possess a current, valid New York State drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
- Completion of CCOR's orientation program.
