Job Summary:
The Human Resources Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of personnel compliance in accordance with federal, state, and Department of Health regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare compliance data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.
- Collect and maintain data required to prevent employees from falling out of compliance.
- Communicate upcoming compliance needs to all appropriate parties.
- Ensure all compliance documents are complete, accurate, and uploaded in a timely fashion.
- Maintain files and filing systems in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain influenza/HERDS reporting annually.
- Assist with Covid check-ins for internal staff.
- Assist with follow up of On-Call Report/employee clearance to return to work.
- Monitoring CHRC and HCR twice daily for change in status.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Assist with employee requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20 per hour
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize assignments and responsibilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent human relations and customer service skills.
- Ability to relate to diverse and multi-cultural populations.
- Appearance is professional and complies with agency dress code.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, pull, climb, reach, and perform repetitive movements of the upper extremities.
- Pass a physical examination and immunization requirements after being offered employment and complete a health assessment annually.
- Possess a current, valid New York State drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
- Completion of CCOR's orientation program.
Environmental Conditions:
