The Executive Secretary will provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support for one or more of the executive level managers of Cook Children's Medical Center.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
4 to 5 years executive/administrative secretarial experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Typing 70 wpm, high degree of proficiency in use of computer (word processing, databases and spreadsheets).
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to take and transcribe minutes of meetings.
