Job Summary
We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to identify and manage government and private bid opportunities for our staffing firm. The ideal candidate will monitor solicitation platforms, review bid specifications, and assist with preparing and submitting proposals. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with procurement processes. To be successful, you should have experience sourcing solicitations, managing proposal timelines, and basic Microsoft Office This is an in-person role with occasional flexibility for remote tasks.
Responsibilities
- Research and source government and private solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, etc.) on designated platforms.
- Track bid opportunities, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Review and summarize bid specifications for leadership.
- Prepare and assist in the submission of proposals (we already have a guide template), ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Maintain organized and clean bid documentation files.
- Greet and interact with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
- Cross-coordinate internally to collect required proposal details.
Qualifications
- Solicitation sourcing: 1 year (required).
- Familiarity with solicitation platforms: 1 year (required).
