We are looking for positive, high energy, people with experience in running a very busy front desk operation. Experience with dogs in a daycare / boarding setting or Vet a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Providing excellent standard of care for our guests and monitoring closely their health and wellbeing
- Providing top-notch customer service
answering phones
making reservations for our customers
providing information to our guests' owners and potential new customers
