- Proficient in the various phases of professional painting & paper-hanging
- Preparation, tapping, putty and caulking as needed
- Priming and finish painting of apartment units
- Spraying, rolling or brushing applications
- Removal & installation of Wallpaper as necessary

- Clean and professional appearance
- Ability to independently and quickly solve problems
- First Aid and CPR
