The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the HR function and drive people-focused initiatives 🚀. This role will oversee a team of four and support a workforce of 400 employees, ensuring that HR policies and practices align with the company’s culture and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance culture, employee engagement, and compliance.
✅ Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
✅ Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay ahead of industry best practices 📜.
✅ Lead compensation, benefits, and talent management programs 💰.
✅ Partner with leadership to foster a positive and high-performing workplace 💡.
✅ Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
What You Bring:
🔹 8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in mid-sized distribution or manufacturing related organizations.
🔹 Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, and HR best practices 📘.
🔹 Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred.
🔹 Ability to influence leadership and drive people strategies 🏆.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification a plus 🎓.
Compensation & Benefits:
💵 Base Salary: $150,000 – $170,000
